Troubleshooting: SendFox Connection Problems

Resolve issues connecting and syncing FormRobin with SendFox email lists.

Common SendFox Issues

  • Can't connect SendFox account
  • SendFox lists not appearing
  • Submissions not syncing to SendFox
  • "Access token invalid" errors

Issue: Can't Connect SendFox Account

Solutions:

  1. Ensure you're logged into SendFox in your browser
  2. Clear browser cookies and cache
  3. Try incognito/private mode
  4. Authorize FormRobin in SendFox settings
  5. Check SendFox account is active and in good standing

Issue: SendFox Lists Not Appearing

Solutions:

  1. Create at least one list in SendFox first
  2. Refresh FormRobin Integrations page
  3. Disconnect and reconnect SendFox
  4. Check SendFox account has active lists

Issue: Submissions Not Syncing to SendFox

Solutions:

  1. Verify form has Email field (required for SendFox)
  2. Check integration is saved in SettingsIntegrations
  3. Submit test with valid email address
  4. Wait 2-3 minutes for background processing
  5. Check SendFox list for new contact
  6. Verify SendFox account not at contact limit

Issue: "Access Token Invalid" Error

Solutions:

  1. Disconnect SendFox in FormRobin
  2. Reconnect and authorize again
  3. Check SendFox API status
  4. Verify SendFox account credentials

Issue: Duplicate Contacts in SendFox

Explanation: SendFox handles duplicates automatically. Same email won't create duplicate - it updates existing contact.

Testing SendFox Integration

  1. Ensure form has Email field
  2. Link form to SendFox list
  3. Submit form with test email
  4. Wait 2 minutes
  5. Check SendFox list for new contact
  6. Verify name extracted correctly (if provided)
