What's the Difference Between the Free and Individual Plans?

FormRobin has two plans: the Free Plan and the Individual Plan, a $19 one-time lifetime deal. Compare them here and check your own under Plan in the account menu.

Which plans are available?

• Free Plan - $0, with no time limit
• Individual Plan - $19 one-time payment (lifetime deal, sold on AppSumo), with higher limits and extra features

Both plans include unlimited forms and unlimited responses.

• Custom redirects - send respondents to your own thank-you page (see Custom Post-Submission Redirects)
• Source tracking - see UTM parameters, referrer and device for each submission
• Analytics timeframes - filter a form's analytics by Past Week, Past Month or Past 12 Months
• Webhooks - send each submission to your own URL
• Meta Pixel - track form views and submissions in Meta (see Meta Pixel Integration Setup)

How do I upgrade from the Free Plan to the Individual Plan?

1. Open the account menu (☰) in the top right and select Plan.
2. Click the upgrade banner. It opens the pricing page.
3. Click Upgrade Plan under the Individual Plan. It opens FormRobin on AppSumo.
4. Complete the purchase on AppSumo and follow AppSumo's activation link back to FormRobin.

How do I track my usage?

The Plan page shows a Usage and limits card with a meter for each limited feature:

• AI Generations (under MONTHLY USAGE) - used this month out of 2 (Free) or 50 (Individual). The count starts again on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.
• Workspaces (under CURRENT USAGE) - out of 1 (Free) or 3 (Individual). The meter counts your folders.

Each meter shows X / Y used and how many remain. The bar turns yellow at 70% used and red at 90% used. Forms and responses are unlimited, so they have no meter.

Which Plan Should You Choose?

Choose the Free Plan If:

• 2 AI generations a month and one workspace are enough
• You don't need to send respondents to your own page after they submit
• All-time analytics answer your questions

Choose the Individual Plan If:

• You generate forms with AI often (50 a month)
• You need your own thank-you pages, source tracking or analytics by timeframe
• You want to send submissions to your own tools with webhooks, or track them with Meta Pixel

Troubleshooting

I bought the Individual Plan but my account still shows the Free Plan

• Open Plan from the account menu to see your current plan.
• Make sure you followed AppSumo's activation link back to FormRobin while logged in to the account you want to upgrade. If it still shows the Free Plan, contact support at support@formrobin.com.

Webhook or Meta Pixel shows an upgrade message

• Webhooks and Meta Pixel are Individual Plan features. On the Free Plan, their Settings pages show an upgrade message instead of the settings. See Setting Up Webhooks and Meta Pixel Integration Setup.

I can't choose a timeframe in Analytics

• On the Free Plan, analytics show All Time only. Past Week, Past Month and Past 12 Months need the Individual Plan (see Understanding Form Analytics).

No. On both plans, every live form shows a small "Made with FormRobin" badge in the bottom-right corner, and the thank-you screen shows the FormRobin logo with "Create your own form". There is no setting to turn them off.

How can I see my AI generations and workspaces?

Open the account menu, select Plan, and look at the Usage and limits card.
