Upload a custom profile picture or use the auto-generated colored initial avatar:

- Your avatar appears in the navbar next to your username
Name and Email
- Name: Your display name (shown in the navbar and as your avatar initial)
- Email: Your account email address, used for login and notifications
After making changes, click the Save changes button to save your updates.
Settings Hub
The Settings Hub contains integrations and developer tools. It uses a sidebar navigation layout with four sections.
To access the Settings Hub:
- Click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines icon) in the top-right corner
- Select Settings
This takes you to /settings/integrations, where a sidebar on the left lets you navigate between the following pages:
Integrations

Plan requirement: Webhook is available on Individual plan only. Free plan users see a "Individual Plan" badge next to the sidebar link and an upgrade prompt on the page.
Meta Pixel (Individual Plan)

- Meta Pixel ID: Enter your Pixel ID (found in Facebook Ads Manager under Events Manager)
- When saved, Meta Pixel automatically tracks PageView (form views) and Lead (form submissions) events across all published forms
- Click Save Meta Pixel Settings to save your configuration
Plan requirement: Meta Pixel is available on Individual plan only. Free plan users see a "Individual Plan" badge and an upgrade prompt.

/developer/docs.
Plan Page
The Plan page shows your current plan details and resource usage.
To access the Plan page:
- Click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines icon) in the top-right corner
- Select Plan
This takes you to /account/plan.
Plan Information
The top card displays:
- Plan name: Free Plan or your Individual plan name
- Status: "Individual Plan (Lifetime)" badge (for paid users)
- Activated date: When your lifetime plan was activated
- Tier Level: Your current tier
- Upgrade button: Shown for Free plan users to upgrade to Individual
Usage and Limits
Visual progress bars show your current usage against plan limits. Usage meters only appear for features that have limits on your plan.

Monthly Usage (resets on the 1st of each month at midnight):
- AI Generations: Shows "X / Y used" with remaining count (progress bar color: blue normally, yellow at 70-89%, red at 90%+)
- Monthly Responses: Form submission count if limited on your plan (progress bar color: teal normally, yellow at 70-89%, red at 90%+)
Current Usage (lifetime totals):
- Forms Created: Total forms in your account (progress bar color: green normally, yellow at 70-89%, red at 90%+)
- Workspaces: Number of workspaces created (progress bar color: gray normally, yellow at 70-89%, red at 90%+)
- Team Members: Active team member count (only shown for higher-tier plans)
Note: Unlimited features (such as forms and responses on Free and Individual plans) do not show meters. When a monthly limit is reached, the reset date is displayed.
Plan Features
Below the usage meters, a "Plan features" card lists all features included in your current plan with checkmarks.
Changing Your Email
- Go to User Settings (click your username in the navbar)
- Edit the Email field with your new email address
- Click Save changes
- Check the inbox of the new email address for a confirmation link
- Click the confirmation link to complete the change
Important: Your email is not updated until you click the confirmation link. Make sure you have access to the new email address before changing it. The new email cannot already be in use by another FormRobin account.
Changing Your Password
FormRobin does not have a password change option in account settings. To change your password:
- Log out of your account
- Go to the login page at formrobin.com/login
- Click the Forgot Password link
- Enter your account email address
- Check your email for the password reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
Troubleshooting
Issue: Changes are not saving on the User Settings page.
Fix: Make sure you click the Save changes button after editing your name, email, or avatar. Check for validation errors displayed at the top of the page (e.g., email already in use, avatar file too large). Try refreshing the page and making changes again.
Issue: Cannot see Webhook or Meta Pixel pages.
Fix: These features require the Individual plan. The sidebar links will show a "Individual Plan" badge if your plan does not include access. Upgrade to the Individual plan to unlock these features.
Issue: Email change not working.
Fix: After clicking Save changes, a confirmation email is sent to the new email address. Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation link. Your email will not change until you click the link. The new email must not already be in use by another FormRobin account.
Issue: Cannot change password in settings.
Fix: Password changes are not available in User Settings. Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password via email.
Issue: Usage meters not showing on the Plan page.
Fix: Usage meters only appear for features that have limits on your plan. Both Free and Individual plans have unlimited forms and responses, so no meters appear for those features. AI Generations and Workspaces will show meters since they have plan-specific limits.
Issue: Avatar upload fails.
Fix: Ensure your image is JPG, PNG, or GIF format and under 2MB in size. Try a different image file if the upload continues to fail.
